1. Purpose

This policy applies where we provide you, your organisation, or your users with access to software, a website, or an online platform, and sets out how that access should and should not be used.

2. Prohibited use

You must not use any system we provide to: engage in unlawful activity; upload or transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service or the systems of others; or infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

3. Security

You are responsible for keeping account credentials for any system we provide access to secure, and for notifying us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.

4. Abuse and unauthorised access

Any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system without authorisation, or to breach security or authentication measures, is strictly prohibited.

5. Suspension or restriction of access

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to a system where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, in order to protect the security and integrity of the service.

6. Reporting misuse

If you become aware of misuse of a system we provide, please report it to us at sales@examcertify.co.uk.
