Our approach
Software projects go wrong most often when the requirements weren't properly understood before development started. We put discovery and scoping ahead of writing code, so a project's written scope reflects what you actually need — not an assumption about it.
From there, we work in a structured, milestone-based way: you see progress at defined points, you approve before we move to the next stage, and pricing is quoted against agreed scope rather than left open-ended.
